Abstract

In the current era of globalization, technological developments have become one of the most important aspects that can influence other aspects, including in the field of learning. Even though existing learning media and information delivery have developed rapidly, there are still several areas that are felt to be less effective in terms of delivering learning material and information which causes a lack of understanding and interest from students and the general public in the material and information presented. According to this, the author developed the application "Basic Learning Media for Nuclear Fission and Fusion Reactions Using Augmented Reality". The purpose of developing this application is as a means of learning nuclear fission and fusion reactions using markerless augmented reality method. The results of this application development show that Android applications can be made using the Blender application to create 3D objects, Unity to create Android applications, and ARCore SDK as a supporting tool.
