Abstract
The participant assessment was carried out at the Raudatul Jannah institution in the tahsin program that he participated in, namely the supervisor of each participant carried out a transparent and objective assessment to produce a fair decision. In the absence of standardized assessments to assess the competency of participants who initially follow the pratahsin to tahsin program, this makes the assessment process transparent and decisions on level advancement are made. So, a Decision Making System (DSS) was built using the AHP Method to determine program level advancement. The AHP method helps supervisors in the program advancement competency system process. The result of this research is a website-based participant competency assessment application that can assist the assessment process for all participants in one group. The assessment was carried out using 4 criteria, namely Tajwid, Mad, Makhraj, and Fluency with the priority values obtained Tajwid = 0.42, Mad = 0.23, Mahkraj = 0.26 and Fluency 0.10 with proof from the AHP process where the Context Ratio value was higher smaller than 0.1, namely -1.018518519. The conclusion of this research is that the application of the AHP method can provide results from accurate participant assessments, with the presence of SPK in decision making for supervisors.
