Abstract

The implementation of the Administrator Leadership Training (PKA) is the sending of Structural Officials of Echelon III of the Bengkalis Regency Government to Outside the Riau Province Region to attend Leadership Training in accordance with the requirements of the echelon of positions concerned. Administrator Leadership Training (PKA) is attended by echelon III structural officials or echelon III officials who have met the requirements and passed the selection. The main objective of this study was to identify and analyze the performance of Bengkalis Regency Government Employees after Administrator Leadership Training based on the indicators of Efficiency, Effectiveness, Fairness and Responsiveness. The type of research used in this research is qualitative. There were 6 informants in this study with the Head of BKPP as the key informant. Data collection techniques by interviews and data analysis using Miles and Huberman techniques. The research concludes that the performance of Bengkalis Regency Government Employees After Administrator Leadership Training is not optimal and needs to be improved and further enhanced, especially on the indicators of Efficiency, Effectiveness, Fairness and Responsiveness in the process of developing human resources through training programs needs to be done so that service quality can be improved. The training program carried out will be successful if the process or stages in the activity are carried out correctly which will ultimately provide optimal results through increased performance, skills and abilities of employees. The DIKLAT learning process will run effectively if all parties involved carry out their respective functions properly.
