Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of work motivation, organizational commitment and job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior in the PKS section at PTPN V Lubuk Dalam. The population in this study are all employees who work at this company. The data collection technique in this study used purposive sampling, namely sampling based on the considerations and objectives of the researchers, totaling 56 employees. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study used Smartpls 3.0 CFA (Confirmatory Factor Analysis). The results of this study indicate that work motivation, organizational commitment and job satisfaction partially and simultaneously affect organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in the PKS section at PTPN V Lubuk Dalam
