Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of work motivation and discipline on the performance of employees of the sub-district office of Sabak Auh sub-district. The population of this study were all employees of the sub-district office of Sabak sub-district, totaling 41 employees. The sampling technique uses a saturated sample, so that the sample used in this study is 41 employees. Methods of data collection using questionnaires and interviews. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate simultaneously, work motivation and work discipline have a significant positive effect on performance.
