Abstract
This research aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Dumai branch. This type of research the author uses a descriptive survey. Because the author intends to provide the results of analysis and information on research objects, which are examined using quantitative methods. The author uses quantitative data analysis techniques that are used to obtain information about the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance. Indicators of Job Satisfaction 69.3% and Employee Performance 73.8%. It can be concluded that for Employees of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Dumai Branch Job Satisfaction affects Employee Performance to increase Revenue Results of PT Pos Indonesia Dumai Branch Expected Employees of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Dumai Branch.
