Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of workload on productivity at PT. Prada Prosperous Prosperous. This research includes quantitative research. The population in this study are employees who work at PT. Prada Makmur Sejahtera, the sampling used is the Purposive Sampling method, namely the samples taken with certain considerations. The size of the sample is determined based on this method, namely 53 employees. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire or questionnaire. Data analysis techniques in this study used descriptive quantitative analysis and Simple Linear Regression Analysis using SPSS version 25. The results of this study indicate that workload has a positive and significant effect on productivity at PT. Prada Prosperous Prosperous. This proves that the higher the workload on the company, the more productive it will be.
