Abstract

Tambang Sub-District, Kampar Regency, needs to do a performance evaluation because this sub-district is used as a Patent-assisted sub-district, but there are still many obstacles that occur, one of which is permit administration and recommendation services. This study aims to find out and analyze the performance evaluation of sub-districts towards public sector community services and the constraints that influence sub-district performance evaluations. The theory used according to Nurcholis which explains evaluation is a comprehensive assessment of the input, process, output and outcome of government policies. The research method used is qualitative. Data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that the District Performance Evaluation of public sector community services in Tambang District, Kampar Regency had reached the target to be achieved and however there was still one indicator that did not meet the requirements in the District Performance Evaluation (EKK) assessment in Riau Province that the weakest indicator seen in the Outcome indicator. In its implementation, there are still constraints, including the number of human resources and the quality of service provided by the Head of Mining Sub-District Office, Kampar Regency, still needs to be improved.
