Abstract

This research was conducted at PLN PT Persero Bagansiapiapi, while the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job training and work motivation on employee performance at PLN PT Persero Bagansiapiapi. Then the sample in this study were 43 employees at PLN PT Persero Bagansiapiapi and were used as respondents, in this study using quantitative descriptive analysis using multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS Version 25 program. Based on the results of the analysis that has been carried out shows that Variables of job training and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PLN PT Persero Bagansiapiapi.
