Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance at PT. Nusantara Plantation V Sei Pagar, Kampar Regency. This study used the census method, the research data was collected from 38 employees in the company. The research data was obtained from a questionnaire (primary), SPSS was used to test the hypothesis in this study. The results of this study indicate that organizational commitment has a significant positive effect and is supported by a P value of 0.000 <0.05 and is supported by an R-Square of 70.3%. It found that there is a positive and significant influence of organizational commitment on employee performance at PT. Nusantara Plantation V Sei Pagar, Kampar Regency
