Abstract
This study intends to understand the effect of training and work motivation on the performance of employees of PT. Salindra Perkasa, Kerinci Base, Pelalawan Regency. The sampling method used was saturated or census sampling technique and a sample of 30 respondents was obtained. The data analysis method uses SmartPLS version 3.0. The PLS test or Partial Least Square is a variant-based structural equation modeling (SEM) approach. The results of these show (1) Training has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Salindra Perkasa Pangkalan Kerinci Pelalawan Regency (2) Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Salindra Perkasa, Kerinci Base, Pelalawan Regency. (3) Training and Work Motivation have a significant effect on Employee Performance at PT. Salindra Perkasa, Kerinci Base, Pelalawan Regency.
