Abstract
The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at Taylor's brother and sister. The population in this study was 96 respondents, the sample was taken using an accidental sampling technique with the lemeshow method, so that the sample used was 96 respondents from consumers who came to the place. The research data were obtained from questionnaires (primary), literature studies and direct interviews with related parties according to the research objectives. The data analysis technique used in this study is a simple linear regression test, t test and determination. This type of research is descriptive quantitative with data processing using SPSS 26. The results of this study indicate that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Abang Adek Taylor. This is evidenced by the R Square value on the Service Quality variable showing the results of a positive and significant influence on Customer Satisfaction on Taylor's Abang Adek.
