Abstract
This study aims to develop teaching materials based on Biology E-Module integrated Imtaq values in psychotropic material for class XI SMA/MA students in Pekanbaru. The methodology uses the ADDIE development model, but in this study it only reached the Development stage. The determination of the sample in this study used a purposive sampling technique, and the number of samples was 10 students from each school, namely SMA IT Fadhilah Pekanbaru, SMA Muhammadiyah 01 Pekanbaru, and MAN 1 Pekanbaru. Data collection in this study was obtained through observation, interviews, validation sheets, and student response questionnaires. Validation was carried out by experts, namely material and learning experts, media experts, and Imtaq experts using validation sheets. From the research conducted, the results obtained from the validation of material and learning experts were 87.50% (very valid), media expert validation was 96.42% (very valid), imtaq expert validation was 100% (very valid), biology teacher validation was 91.32% (very valid), student responses were 94.16% (very good). So it can be concluded that the development of integrated biology e-modules imtaq values in psychotropic material for class XI SMA/MA Pekanbaru students is 93.74% (very valid)
