Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out: (1) the implementation of science learning in the 2013 curriculum at MTs YPAIR, Integrated Islamic Junior High School Kahar Rahman And State Junior High School 5 Rengat (2) obstacles to the implementation of science learning by teachers in the 2013 curriculum at MTs YPAIR, , Integrated Islamic Junior High School Kahar Rahman And State Junior High School 5 Rengat. The research sample is all teachers who teach science subjects as many as 8 teachers. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Data collection techniques were carried out using non-test techniques, namely questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study showed (1) the planning stage obtained the percentage of obstacles classified as very good with a percentage of 93% so that the obstacles experienced by teachers were categorized as very low. (2) The implementation stage is classified as good with a percentage of 80% so that the obstacles experienced by teachers are categorized as low. (3) the evaluation stage obtained the percentage of obstacles classified as very good with a percentage of 91% so that the obstacles experienced by teachers were categorized as very low. Thus it is known that the obstacles to learning science in the implementation of the 2013 curriculum for science educators at MTs YPAIR, Integrated Islamic Junior High School Kahar Rahman And State Junior High School 5 Rengat are categorized as very low.
