Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of incentives on employee job satisfaction at PT. Federal International Finance Pekanbaru Branch. The population in this study are all employees who work for the company with a total of 82 people. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling, meaning that the determination of the sample was based on the objectives and considerations of the researchers, totaling 37 people. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires, interviews and observation. Data analysis techniques in this study used descriptive analysis and SPSS 26. The results of this study explained that incentives had a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT. Federal International Finance Pekanbaru Branch.
