Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Biographical Characteristics on Employee Productivity at PT. Alam Permata Riau, Kampar Regency. The population in this study are all employees who work for the company with a total of 88 people. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling, meaning that the sample was determined based on the objectives and considerations of the researchers, totaling 45 people. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study used descriptive analysis and SPSS 25. The results of this study explain that the simple linear regression test constant value of work productivity variables is 19.190 and the regression coefficient value of the biographical characteristics variable is 0.401, which means that there is a significant influence of biographical characteristics on work productivity employee. The R squere value of the coefficient of determination test was found to be 0.301, which means that the biographical characteristics variable contributes to the work productivity variable by 30.1%. Then the partial t test found that the calculated t value is greater than t table of 4.306 > 2.017, which means that biographical characteristics have a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity at PT. Alam Permata Riau, Kampar Regency.
