Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of organizational culture and communication on employee performance at PT Karya Muda Rengat, Rengat District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. The population in this study were all employees at PT Karya Muda Rengat. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling so that the number of samples was 50 people. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire or questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study used quantitative descriptive analysis and used SPSS 26. The results of this study indicated that organizational culture and communication partially and simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Karya Muda Rengat. The most dominant variable affecting employee performance in this study is the communication variable. Meanwhile, the influence of organizational culture and communication on employee performance is shown by the R-Square result of 53.7%.
