Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of the work environment and work stress on employee performance at PT. Enseval Putera Megatrading Pekanbaru. The population in this study were all employees at this company, totaling 139 people. The sampling technique in this study used Purposive Sampling, which is a sampling technique based on the considerations and objectives of the researchers, namely employees working in the Pharmaceutical & Medical Product and Kalbe Nutritional Division & Consumer Health Division, a total of 53 people. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires, observation and interviews. Data analysis techniques in this study used descriptive analysis and SPSS 26. The results of this study indicate that the work environment has a significant positive effect on employee performance, and work stress has a significant negative effect on employee performance at PT. Enseval Putera Megatrading Pekanbaru.
