Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze and determine the effect of the quality of driver's license renewal services on the level of community satisfaction at the Kampar Police Traffic Unit Office. The method used is a quantitative descriptive method. Types and sources of data used are primary and secondary. The population is all people who extend their driver's license at the Kampar Police Traffic Unit Office. Determination of the sample in this study used the Hair formula, so based on this formula a sample could be taken from a population of 100 people who extended their driver's license at the Kampar Police Traffic Unit Office. Data collection techniques were obtained through interviews and research questionnaires. The conclusion in this study is that there is a significant and positive effect between the quality of driver's license renewal service on the level of community satisfaction at the Kampar Police Traffic Unit Office, as evidenced by the t test value > t table.
