Abstract
This study aims to build up a website that would be applied in Pratama Clinic YLPI by using the framework Codeigner and Bootstrap as a programming language and MySQL for data management. Moreover, the waterfall method was selected because of its systemic flow processes, such as analyzing, planning, programming, testing, and maintaining a website. The optimized system was obtained by interviewing the staff and adopting the clinic's existing business flow process. In this study, the system was limited to transaction processes between patient and clinic, starting with registration, medical checkups, medical records, medical prescriptions, sales transactions, and services. Furthermore, the website’s success was quantitatively measured by testing some parameters, including usability, black box, and user acceptance, with a satisfaction rate at 92% for usability and 84.5% for user acceptance. Based on this result, the combination of the waterfall method and frameworks Codeigniter, Bootstrap, and MySQL were highly recommended for designing a website owing to their systematic flow process.
