Abstract

This study aims to produce a product in the form of mathematics learning media using Swishmax on relations and function material for class VIII SMP that is valid and practical. This research method is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model which includes five stages, namely 1) Analysis, 2) Design, 3) Development, 4) Implementation, 5) Evaluation. The data collection technique used was a non-test in the form of interviews, validation sheets and student response questionnaires. Validation was carried out by two Mathematics Education lecturers at FKIP UIR and one mathematics teacher at SMP Negeri 4 Tandun. The results of the assessment of the three validators with an average of 82.59% are included in the quite valid category. While the practicality aspect was obtained by the student reponse questionnaire with an average score of 84.45% included in the very practical category. Based on these results, the mathematics learning media using Swishmax that was developed was stated to be valid and practical.
