Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Human Resource Development on the Performance of Health Workers at the Simpang Tiga Health Center, Marpoyan Damai District. This study used the census method by taking the entire population as a sample. The data for this study were collected from 51 health workers at the puskesmas. The research data was obtained from a questionnaire (primary). The analytical tool used to test the hypothesis in this study used SmartPLS 3.0. The results of this study found that there was a positive and significant influence on Human Resource Development on the Performance of Health Workers at the Simpang Tiga Health Center, Marpoyan Damai District
