Abstract

DEVELOPMENT OF MATHEMATICS LEARNING TOOLS WITH A REALISTIC APPROACH MATHEMATICS EDUCATION (RME) IN CLASS VII SOCIAL ARITHMETIC MATERIALS JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL Astari Rahayu NPM : 166411157 Thesis Mathematics Education Study Program. Si ABSTRACT This study aims to produce mathematics learning tools, namely Learning Implementation Plans (RPP) and Student Worksheets (LKPD) with Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) Approaches in Junior High Schools that have been tested for validity. The development of learning tools in this study uses the development method or better known as R&D using the ADDIE model, namely: 1) Analysis, 2) Design, 3) Development, 4) Implementation, and 5) Evaluation. The data collection technique used in this study is a non-test technique, with the data collection instrument in the form of a validation sheet made by the researcher and given to the validator to validate the mathematics learning device with the RME approach which was developed and adapted to the needs of the researcher. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis which describes the validity developed by the researcher. The instrument is calculated using a Likert scale and a Guttman scale. From the results of the study, the results of the RPP validation were 94.53% with a very valid category and the LKPD validation results were 88.28% with a very valid validation level. The result of this research is that mathematics learning tools with Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) Approach in Junior High School are very valid.
