Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of intrinsic motivation and job training together on teacher performance at Hasanah Vocational High School Pekanbaru. the population in this study were teachers at SMK Hanasah Pekanbaru in the last year or 2021, totaling 50 teachers of the Non-Probability Sampling Technique selected by Saturated Sampling (census). The sample in this study were all 50 teachers at SMK Hasanah Pekanbaru. Collecting data using a questionnaire and analyzing data using multiple regression. Based on the results of the study indicate that motivation has a significant influence on performance as indicated by the calculated t value. It is known that it is 2,895 and the ttable is 2,042 and the pvalue (sign) is 0.006, which means it is smaller than 0.05. Job training has a significant effect on performance as indicated by the calculated t value. It is known that it is 2,820 and the ttable is 2,042 and the pvalue (sign) is 0.007, which means it is smaller than 0.05. Intrinsic motivation and job training simultaneously have a significant effect on teacher performance at Hasanah Vocational High School Pekanbaru, shown from the calculated F value (19.345) > F table (2.24) and P value (0.000) < (0.05) and the effect is 45.2%, while the remaining 54.8% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.
