Abstract

THE EFFECT OF WORK-LIFE BALANCE ON BURNOUT AT EMPLOYEES OF PT. ASLINDO WORKS AWARD BY : NICA APRILLA 185210597 The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of work-life balance on burnout at PT. Original Artwork Award. The population in this study were 165 people, the sample was taken using the Non Probability Sampling technique with the Purposive Sampling method, so that the sample used was 55 respondents. The research data were obtained from questionnaires (primary), literature studies and direct interviews with related parties according to the research objectives. The data analysis technique used in this research is simple linear regression test, f test and determination. This type of research is descriptive quantitative with data processing using SPSS 26. The results of this study indicate that the balance of life has a positive and significant effect on employee burnout at PT. Original Artwork Award. This is evidenced by the R Square value on the Life Balance variable showing the results of a positive and significant influence on Burnout at PT. Original Artwork Award.
