Abstract

Performance is the achievement of both individuals and organizations on the goals or objectives that have been set. Employee performance is inseparable from various influencing factors, some of which are work motivation, leadership style, and company culture. Work motivation is everything that underlies or encourages individuals to achieve a goal. Leadership style is a leader's behavior pattern in influencing its members so that the goals of the organization are achieved. Corporate culture is a system of values or principles adopted in achieving the company's vision and mission. This study aims to prove the causal relationship between work motivation, leadership style, and work culture on employee performance in this case the Relationship Manager at the Commercial Business Center of PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Regional Office 02. This study aims to see whether two or more variables have a relationship or not and how big the relationship is and the direction of the relationship. The population of this study was 30 employees and all of them were sampled based on the total sample method. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis method. The questionnaire instrument was used as a primary data collection method. The results of the analysis obtained partially that work motivation has a negative relationship with employee performance, while leadership style and corporate culture partially have a significant positive relationship with the regression coefficient. Simultaneously, work motivation and leadership style have a significant influence on employee performance. Likewise, work motivation and corporate culture simultaneously have a significant influence on employee performance. Leadership style and corporate culture simultaneously also have a significant influence on employee performance. Simultaneously there is a significant influence between work motivation, leadership style and work culture on employee performance.
