Abstract

This research is a quantitative study that aims to find out how the influence of Work Stress and Work Motivation on employee Performance at the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) Pekanbaru City. The population and samples in this study were all civil servants at BPBD Pekanbaru City with a total of 35 samples taken. The sampling technique in this study used saturated sampling techniques or censuses. Data types and data sources are primary and secondary data, while data collection techniques use questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The analysis technique in this study used multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS. Based on the results of partial research shows that work stress does not have a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Pekanbaru City Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD), Work Motivation has a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Pekanbaru City Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD). while simultaneously showing Work Stress and Work Motivation have a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) Pekanbaru City.
