Abstract

THE EFFECT OF WORK DISCIPLINE ON THE PERFORMANE OF MEDICAL STAFF AT THE PAYUNG SEKAKI PUBLIC HEALTH CENTER PEKANBARU BY : SAMUEL HANDRI SIMANJUNTAK 185210541 The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of work discipline on the performance of medical staff at the Payung Sekaki Public Health Center, Pekanbaru. The population used in this study were medical staff at the Payung Sekaki Health Center, Pekanbaru. While the sample used in this study were 42 employees using census techniques. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive method. For the method of data analysis using simple linear regression method with the help of the SPSS 22 program. The results of this study indicate that the work discipline variable has a positive and significant impact on the performance of medical staff at the Payung Sekaki Public Health Center Pekanbaru.
