Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of job training and rewarding on employee performance at the Grand Zuri Duri Hotel. The population in this study are all employees who work at the hotel. The sampling technique in this study used purposive Sampling, namely the entire population to be determined as a sample, namely 66 people except the director. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires, documentation and observation. Data analysis techniques in this study used quantitative descriptive and SPSS 26. The results of this study indicate that job training and reward provision partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Grand Zuri Duri Hotel.
