Abstract
The object of this research is the Department of Industry, Trade, Cooperatives and Small-Medium Enterprises (SMEs/UMKM) of Riau Province. Department of Industry, Trade, Cooperatives and Small-Medium Enterprises (SMEs/UMKM) is one of the government institutions which manages industry, trade, cooperatives and small-medium enterprises (SMEs/UMKM) in Riau Province. The obstacle faced by this department is the process of reporting cooperative annual member meeting of Riau Province which is still done manually by city / district officers coming directly to office. Therefore, an application is very much needed to help this report process. So, an application is made, Web-based Cooperative Annual Meeting Information System in Riau Province. This application is made by using programming language PHP and MYSQL with Code Igniter framework and Waterfall method. Perhaps, with this application, it can help administration in reporting Cooperative Annual Member Meeting in Riau Province more quickly and precisely. Based on the test, this application can be used as a reporting medium for the Cooperative Annual Member Meeting in Riau Province. The value of the system implementation results was 93,23% with an index of “Very Good”.
