Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the effect of ease of use and trust on online purchasing decisions using paylater services at shopee Indonesia (Case study on UIR FEB students). The population in this study were UIR Economics and Business faculty students who bought at Shopee Indonesia using Paylater. The sampling technique in this study used the Purposive Sampling Technique, namely determining the sample based on the objectives and considerations of the researcher using the Lemeshow formula with a total of 100 people. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study used descriptive analysis and SPSS 26. The results of this study show that ease of use and partial and simultaneous trust have a positive and significant effect on online purchase decisions using paylater services at Shopee Indonesia (Case Study on UIR FEB Students).
