Abstract

Preliminary observation by conducting brief interviews with several employees and HRD at PT. Dwi Rutin Nusantara that there are several problems encountered related to awards, discipline and employee performance in the company. That is, if the problem continues without improvement, it will have a negative impact on the progress and quality of the products produced by the company, for this reason it is necessary to discuss in more depth the influence of the three. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of appreciation and discipline on employee performance at PT. Dwi Routine Archipelago. This study uses quantitative methods with the help of SPSS Version 25.00. The population in this study are all employees at PT. Dwi Rutin Nusantara as many as 32 People, Sampling technique using Saturated Sampling. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it is concluded that there is a positive and significant influence jointly between Reward and Discipline on Employee Performance at PT. Dwi Routine Archipelago. It is known from the results of the analysis that the value of fcount is 44.174 > ftable 3.32, so it can be concluded that the Reward variable (X1) and Discipline variable (X2) affect the Employee Performance variable (Y). Thus H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted.
