Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of employee development and work facilities on job satisfaction of PT Mitra Beton Mandiri (MBM) employees in Pekanbaru city. This research was conducted on employees of PT Mitra Beton Mandiri. The number of samples in this study were 50 respondents, using the purposive sampling method. Based on the research results it is known that employee development has a positive and significant effect and work facilities have a positive and not significant effect and employee development and work facilities together have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT Mitra Beton Mandiri in Pekanbaru city
