Abstract
The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the effect of leadership style and work culture on employee performance at PT. Agung Automall SM. Amen Pekanbaru. The population in this study were 58 respondents, the sample was taken using the census method, so that the sample used was 58 respondents. The research data were obtained from questionnaires (primary), literature studies and direct interviews with related parties according to the research objectives. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression test, f test and determination. This type of research is descriptive quantitative with data processing using SPSS 25. The results of this study indicate that leadership style and work culture have a positive and significant simultaneous effect on employee performance at PT. Agung Automall SM. Amin Pekanbaru, but the influence between variables on behavior is weak.
