Abstract
This research aims to develop a Quality of Service (QoS) analysis system for the internet network of the Class 1B Bangkinang Religious Court Office, focusing on evaluating service quality metrics such as throughput, delay, packet loss, and jitter. The research methodology involves direct observation of network infrastructure and a literature review to gain comprehensive understanding. The analysis results indicate that the office falls into the mediumspeed category with stable values, ensuring that the network infrastructure adequately supports operational needs. Consequently, internet quota usage can be optimized according to daily requirements without compromising the quality of service provided to users.
