Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the influence of the work environment and incentives on the work productivity of employees at PT. Asrindo Citraseni Satria City of Duri. The population in this study were all employees working for the company, totaling 131 people. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling, namely determining the sample based on the goals and considerations of the researcher, while the sample consisted of 41 employees in the tool pusher section. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires, observation and interviews. Data analysis techniques in this study used quantitative descriptive and SPSS 26. The results of this study explain that the work environment and incentives partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity at PT. Asrindo Citraseni Satria City of Duri.
