Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the effect of occupational safety and health programs on employee performance at PT. Asia Palm Prosperous Jaya Kuansing. The population in this study are all employees who work at this company. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling, namely determining the sample based on the objectives and considerations of the researchers in the processing or production department, totaling 78 people. Data collection techniques in this study were questionnaires, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study using SPSS 26 and quantitative descriptive. The results of this study indicate that the Occupational Safety and Health (K3) program partially and simultaneously has a significant positive effect on employee performance at PT. Asia Palm Prosperous Jaya Kuansing.
