Abstract

THE INFLUENCE OF ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE AND JOB SATISFACTION ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE IN THE OFFICE OF THE NARCOTICS BOARD OF RIAU PROVINCE By : ATHIYA ZAFIRA NPM : 185210400 This study aims to determine and analyze the relationship between organizational culture and job satisfaction on employee performance at the National Narcotics Agency of Riau Province. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. Data analysis techniques in this study used hypothesis testing (t test and F test), multiple linear regression and the Coefficient of Determination. Sampling used the census method where the entire population was sampled. The sample for this study was taken from all permanent employees at the Office of the National Narcotics Agency, Riau Province, totaling 80 employees. The types and sources of data used are primary and secondary data, while the data collection techniques used are media interviews, documentation studies and questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that partially organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Partially, job satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Simultaneously, organizational culture and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the National Narcotics Agency of Riau Province.
