Abstract

This study aims to analyze the measurement of the performance of the Riau Provincial Regional Civil Service Agency through the principle of value for money. This research is a qualitative research. This research uses interviews, documentation, written data, written reports, previous research reports or books as data collection techniques. The data requested is in the form of the 2021 and 2022 Riau Provincial Regional Civil Service Agency Performance Report. The data analysis technique carried out is a descriptive data analysis technique. This study shows that the performance measurement of the Riau Provincial Regional Civil Service Agency in 2021 has met the principle of value for money reviewed from the elements of economy, efficiency and effectiveness (3E). The economic aspect of the programs/activities carried out by the Riau Provincial Regional Civil Service Agency in 2021 was declared economical and 2022 economical with an economic ratio in 2021 of 99.97%% and in 2022 of 89.60%. The efficiency aspect of programs/activities carried out by the Riau Provincial Regional Civil Service Agency in 2021 and 2022 was declared efficient with efficiency ratios of 100.55% and 104.69%. Equality and Equality in the Riau Provincial Regional Civil Service Agency has been implemented so that it meets the standards of equal salary and employment opportunities, as well as creating an inclusive and fair work culture. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the performance measurement of the Riau Provincial Regional Civil Service Agency has met the principle of value for money.
