Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of affective, normative and sustainable commitment and on employee performance at PT Bumi Palma Lestari Persada Indragiri Hulu. The population in this study were 127 employees. Sampling using purposive sampling method, namely a portion of the population as a sample of 44 people. Types and sources of data are primary and secondary data, while data collection techniques use observation, questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression test, f test and determination (R2). The results of this study indicate that affective, normative and sustainable commitment have a positive and significant simultaneous effect on employee performance at PT Bumi Palma Lestari Persada. The level of relationship between the 4 variables is at a moderate or moderate level of influence, but the ability of the independent variables to explain the dependent variable is good.
