Abstract

The Effect of Locus of Control and Intrinsic Motivation on Organizational Citizenship Behavior of Teachers of State Senior High School 1 Bangko Rokan Hilir SEAN AL YASIN 185210342 This study aims to determine the effect of locus of control and intrinsic motivation on the organizational citizenship behavior of teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Bangko Rokan Hilir. The population in this study amounted to 58 people. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling, namely determining the sample based on certain objectives and considerations consisting of 30 teachers who were civil servants. This study used a quantitative approach, the data for this study were collected from 30 teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Bangko Rokan downstream. The Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) was used to test the hypothesis in this study using SPSS 25.
