Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of organizational support on employee performance at the Secretariat Office of the DPRD, Kampar Regency. data collection techniques used in this study using questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The population in this study was 66 employees, while the sample used was 46 Civil Servants (PNS) using a porposive sampling technique. Data analysis used in this study was simple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2), and t test with the help of the SPSS version 25 program. The results of this study indicate that Organizational Support has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Secretariat Office of the Kampar Regency DPRD .
