Abstract

The need for guarantees for occupational safety and health requires serious attention from company managers, because occupational safety protection is a form of protection for workers and the basic rights of workers or laborers. Legal Aspects of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) Based on Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Employment at PT. Tasmapuja KSK Kebun Sei. Kuamang, Kampar Regency, as well as obstacles to the implementation of legal aspects of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) based on Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Employment at PT. Tasmapuja Kebun KSK Sei. Kuamang Kab. Kampar. The method in this research is sociological or field legal research (survey) and the nature of the research is descriptive. The population and sample in this study are 3 (three) populations and the sample is the Management of PT. Tasmapuja, K3 Management PT. Tasmapuja, 141 employees of PT. Tasmapuja. Implementation of Legal Aspects of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) Based on Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Employment at PT. Tasmapuja Kebun Sei. Kuamang Kampar Regency has been able to assess and operate according to what is regulated in the legislation, in this case Law No. 1 of 1970 concerning Work Safety and Law No. 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower. obstacles in implementing work safety for oil palm plantation workers At PT. Tasmapuja Kebun Sei. Kuamang Kampar Regency lies in the workforce itself where this is influenced by the large number of workers who do not understand their rights and obligations regarding the importance of work safety.
