Abstract

THE INFLUENCE OF PRINCIPAL LEADERSHIP STYLE ON TEACHER PERFORMANCE IN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL 20 TEBUN VILLAGE SUBDISTRICT RANGSANG REGENCY ISLAND MERANTI ATIRAH 185210264 This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of leadership style on teacher performance at SD 20 Tebun Village, Rangsang District, Meranti Islands Regency. The population in this study were all staff at SD 20 Tebun Village, Rangsang District, Meranti Islands Regency. While the sample is 31 people who represent the population. Sampling using purposive sampling method. Types and sources of data are primary and secondary data, while data collection techniques use questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Analysis of the data used in this study. Data analysis used in this study is the Simple Linear Regression Test, T Test, and Determination (R2). Based on the results of the study, it was found that Leadership Style had a positive and significant influence on Teacher Performance at Elementary School 20, Tebun Village, Rangsang District, Meranti Islands Regency.
