The finding of this research showed the calculation hypothesis data Ha is accepted while Ho is rejected then the Product Moment calculation is carried out by obtaining a correlation coefficient of rxy = 0.549. The significant level of correlation is done by looking at the rtable at a significant level of 5% which is 0.396. Ha means coefficient was show 0.549 is moderate correlation between two variables. So Ha is accepted, and it can also be concluded from this study that it shows that vocabulary mastery and speaking ability have a balance between the two variables, so this study shows that equivalent moderate levels determine each other. viii TABLE
