Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of work ethic and work discipline on employee performance at the Indragiri Hulu Regency DPRD Office. This research includes quantitative research. The population in this study were employees who worked at the Indragiri Hulu Regency DPRD Office. The sample used was the census method, namely all populations were sampled. The size of the sample is determined based on this method, namely 50 employees. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire or questionnaire. Data analysis techniques in this study used quantitative descriptive analysis and Smart PLS 3.0 testing. The results of this study indicate that work ethic and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Indragiri Hulu Regency DPRD Office. This proves that the higher the work ethic and work discipline in the office, the higher the performance of employees.
