Abstract
THE EFFECT OF WORK ETHICS AND ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE IN MANGGALA AGNI SUMATERA V/DUMAI IGA MAWARNI 185210189 This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of work ethic and organizational culture on the performance of employees of manggala agni sumatra v/dumai. The population in this study were 62 employees and leaders. The sampling technique in this study was using a purposive sampling technique. In this case the researcher took a sample of 40 employees of manggala agni sumatra v/dumai by distributing questionnaires to the employees, totaling 40 samples. The method used is descriptive analysis and Smart PLS 3.0 analysis. The results showed that work ethic and organizational culture had a significant positive effect on employee performance and partially work ethic and organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on employee performance..
