Abstract

Parking service fees which are included in (business service parking fees) are one of the regional fees which are a source of regional income (PAD) in Indragir Hulu. Where Business Service Retribution is the collection of services provided by the regional government by adhering to a commercial system, both services by using or utilizing regional assets that have not been utilized optimally and or services by the regional government as long as they cannot be provided adequately by the private sector. So this study uses Regional Regulation of Indaragiri Hulu Number 2 of 2012 regarding Business Service Retribution. The thesis entitled "Parking Retribution at Raja Rengat Lake Tourism in Efforts to Increase Regional Original Income (PAD) Based on Regional Regulation Number 2 of 2012". Which in this thesis discusses the following problems: 1) How is the implementation of collecting parking fees at Raja Rengat Lake Tourism in an effort to increase local revenue (PAD) based on Regional Regulation Number 2 of 2012? 2) How is the implementation of the task contribution of the Sports Youth Service and Tourism in increasing local revenue from parking fees? The objectives in this research are; 1) To find out the implementation of collecting parking fees in an effort to increase local revenue (PAD) based on Regional Regulation No. 2 of 2012, 2) To find out the contribution of the Youth Sports and Tourism Office in terms of parking fees at Raja Rengat Lake Tourism in increasing local revenue ( PAD) based on Number 2 of 2012 . The method used is the method of juridical law in which the author immediately goes to the field to find out the facts. And this research method is used by way of interviews, questionnaires and observation. The results in this study where the collection of parking fees and contributions from the government are very much in accordance with the existing Regional Regulations, namely Regional Regulation Number 2 of 2012.
