Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of the work environment on the performance of employees of PT. Rigunas Agri Utama, Peranap District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. This research includes quantitative research. The population in this study were all employees of the PT. Rigunas Agri Utama, Peranap District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. The sampling technique used is the census method to collect data by recording all the population studied. The size of the sample is determined based on the census method, namely 35 employees. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire or questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study uses quantitative descriptive analysis and uses SPSS 25. The results of this study indicate that the work environment partially and simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Rigunas Agri Utama, Peranap District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. This proves that the healthier the employee's work environment, the better his performance will be.
