Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the management system in the management of BUMDesa in Fold Kain Selatan Village. The research approach used by researchers today is qualitative research. The number of subjects in this study were 4 people, consisting of one BUMDes head, one village head, and two members of the South Foldukain Village community. data collection techniques in this study are observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of the research, it shows that the management of Village- Owned Enterprises in Foldukain Selatan Village, has been running according to procedures and follows government regulations and has implemented aspects of management strategies, and managing Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in Foldikain Selatan Village is inseparable from cooperation Public. However, developments from year to year cannot be said to be successful because the management of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in Foldukain Selatan Village has not yet experienced a bottleneck in the issue of equity participation
